Grasply: Snap to AI Flashcards makes learning fun. Capture books, links, and documents, turn them into flashcards and games, and store them in an AI-organized library.

You can opt out of marketing messages and adjust device permissions (like Camera and push notifications) in your device settings. If your region grants additional privacy rights, we will honor verified requests.

We request these permissions only to enable features. Related data is processed on your device and is not sent to us unless you choose to upload content or use AI features.
Third‑party sources you choose to connect
If you sign in with or link a third‑party account (for example, Google), we receive basic profile details such as your email and a unique identifier from that provider.

We do not seek to collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, health, or religious beliefs). Please avoid uploading such data.
You provide it: when you create an account or add content.
Automatically: via in‑app events, diagnostics, and device signals.

Service providers (processors)
We share data with providers who help us operate the App. They must protect your data and may use it only to provide services to us, for example:
Google Firebase — authentication (Firebase Authentication), hosting, crash/diagnostics, and analytics if enabled. See Firebase privacy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Email delivery/support tools — for sending emails and providing support communications.
These service providers are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures and to provide the same or greater level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy. They process personal data only on our instructions for the purposes described, may not use your data for their own marketing, and must delete or return personal data at the end of the services where applicable. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements (DPAs) and assess their privacy and security practices.

Delete your account in the app: Settings >Delete Account. We’ll complete deletion within 7 days and email you a confirmation. Deleting your account deletes your personal data and content unless we’re legally required to keep some records (for example, for fraud prevention or tax).

You can revoke consent at any time by disabling permissions in your device settings, unsubscribing from marketing, or emailing us to withdraw consent to processing. We will stop processing where required by law.

AI features
Opt out by not using AI features or emailing us to disable AI processing for your account.
We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we decline a request as allowed by law, you may ask us to review that decision by emailing admin@grasply.app.
We will update this policy as needed. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on our website. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
